When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually arrive in 7–12 business days. Order by December 5 for Christmas delivery. Shipping is free in the US.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes — we email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do the smart curtain lights need an app?
They come with a remote for quick control. To write custom text, draw patterns and use music sync, download the free app using the QR code in the manual or on the remote.
How are the lights powered?
All our lights are USB powered — plug them into any USB wall adapter, computer or power bank. A wall adapter is not included with the curtain lights.
Can I use them outdoors?
The smart curtain LED strands are water-resistant, but the controller and adapter are not — keep them covered and dry. The snowflake lights and projector are made for indoor use.
